Conflicts

Cedar Law owes its clients a duty of undivided loyalty.  Before we take on a new client, we must make sure that the matter will not create a conflict of interest for our firm.  A conflict would normally arise if the interests of our existing or prior clients may adversely affect your interests.  A common example of this would be where we are already representing the other side in a dispute.  If we discover that we cannot represent you, we will inform you as quickly as possible.  We are happy to provide you with a referral to other professionals within the field.
